Hi, just saw your rating. Sorry for the issue with the zipper but I didn't know it wasn't working because I bought them to sell and never tried it. I don't know how it works but you can return them to Posh and get a refund. I'm not trying to sell defective merchandise and I want Poshers to be happy with my items. Again, sorry for any inconvenience and have a blessed day🙂
