fotoninja808 Hi! I have a question if you don't mind assisting me? I just sold an item and when I placed the ad, I noted that 2 were available. Someone made the purchase and I'm confused because I thought the listing price was for each item, but the ad now shows it being sold instead of one item left. Did I mistakenly sell 2 items for a very, very low price? You might be able to see it in my closet, the Dermablend makeup with 2 boxes. Mahalo for your kokua!

savvynsassy @fotoninja808 Aloha, Selena! If you JUST sold it, less than 24 hours ago, I believe you should be able to cancel the sale. You can then re-do the listing. There is a drop down that asks for the quantity of items. You will put two in there so when somebody buys one, you still have one remaining. When you look at listings that show “sold out” in red it is because the seller had multiple items. Often buyers are understanding when you make a mistake as a newbie. Cancel the sale.

savvynsassy @fotoninja808 Then send a quick note explaining. Offer to let them have the ONE product at the same price (or they are welcome to pay more for both). I accidentally sold a pair of earrings for only $3 when I started because I was looking to trade. She was a little disappointed to not get my Kendra Scott earrings for that price but understood. I hope this helps!! 💕💕

fotoninja808 @savvynsassy Mahalo for responding! When I originally placed the ad, I believe there was a drop down menu that allowed me to select more than one. I thought I was listing the makeup $10/each, 2 available. But when the buyer offered $7, and I accepted, the ad just shows "sold," not "sold out." Funny, this app is easy AND hard at the same time! Oh well, lesson learned. Mahalo again!
