@nailsbycarmen Buying online is a risk, but the ad had EUC & it just isn't. The navy parts are filled with white fibers(lint) & in front, by the buttons is pilling up & down. 1st time I saw pilling on their sweaters. Poshmark's delivery charge makes returning too expensive & I wish there was a way for private msgs. Sorry abt this.

@stlangel that's fine, but in my defense, I only washed the sweater and hung it to dry Never wore the sweater at all!! That's why I listed it as EUC!! I am very sorry!! I will try to take better pics!! I thought it was a very good price, considering what I paid for it tho.

@nailsbycarmen ur ad said u wore it at least once. In trying to keep this nice, I didn't tell u how the forearm seams were stretched to showing white & also pilled, as were the underarms. In no way is it EUC. $14.69 for this is a lot for me. I can't wear it.

I'm really sorry you didn't find the top in the condition you expected. I did not say "EUC" anywhere on the listing. I put the professional photo as the first one because the lighting is so much better than my own, but I thought the personal photos would indicate that it was not new, as well as my comment, "in very good condition." I hope you can enjoy it anyhow.

@sparepart23 This isn't the 1st time pics have 'gotten' me like that. I didn't say it said EUC, but when the pro ad pic represents the sale item, it means near that quality is being sold so I am fine paying more for it Beyond that, Poshmark is a bit pricey, but that can be okay & that $6.49 gets added& it's a lot. I think some starch will bring some life to it. Sure smell nice. Thanks Btw, did you personally send me the note asking me to comment on it or is that Poshmark doing that?

Starch is a good idea! I'm not sure what you mean by asking for comments--if you were asked for comments electronically, it was Poshmark. I am going to write Poshmark them asking about their policy on using professional ads as covers if pix of the actual item are also included--I think a lot of Poshers use those stock photos so buyers can see the merchandise in real light and also include pictures of the actual items for the buyer's consideration.

......I've personally bought a lot of things off of Poshmark that had a professional cover photo but I rely on the real photos to determine the actual condition since I assume that anything that isn't "NWT," "NWOT" or "never worn" has wear. I've also sold 165 items, many if which had stock and real photos, and only gotten one rating other than yours under 5! So I think there are different interpretations here of what a stock photo means. I'll check it out and change my closet if needed.

@sparepart23 I am wrong on this & changing my rating. I double checked & your pics are spot on of what you sent. If I got hooked by the store pic, that's more on me than anyone. Your pics actually pic up the exact colors better than the store one to me. Thank you for sending your views because you are way more right than I am.

@sparepart23 It's obvious your intent is not to mislead. That shouldn't be your worry. Maybe the pro pic being last would be more beneficial? As (constant & going broke) consumer, I'd like seeing the shirt is still new enough that you have the ad shot, but would pay more attn to your pics that way. Again, this was my fault & not yours. Your pics were excellent & exactly what I bought. I'm the wrong one here.

@stlangel Not at all! You really got me thinking. I wish I weren't such a terrible photographer--my clothes always look weird and dingy when I take a photo, even if they are not IRL. Maybe I need to get a dressmaker's dummy and some better lighting? Thanks for updating the rating! I'm glad we could have this exchange and work through this stuff.
