jfwe I just purchased the dermawand and lotion kit. The lotion appears old and has odor. Would like refund for this product.

sbdarnell I actually work for Dermawand and the kit you purchased came directly from the company warehouses This is very concerning that you are saying there is something wrong with the preface treatment. You can tell POSHMARK you would like to return the unit for a refund. We would be happy to send you out a new preface if that would fix the issue. Thanks
