jeffreysteph535 stop that Brioni is absolutely gorgeous it's made so well that you couldn't even tell until you got up within three or four in to tell that that's wave and not inexpensive button down checkered plaid shirt herringbone thanks hope you purchase it it's gorgeous

scotmclean Clear the table or bed, lay out the piece flat, buttoned up. Then use two standard 8.5"x 11" pieces of paper on the garment, starting from the left and at the 11" mark, place the second piece of standard white office letter size paper, and take a photo.

scotmclean @jeffreysteph535 If there is a bit of extra fabric, it's probably 23"+, or if it is exact, it'd be 22" across, or less than both pieces of paper, 21" or less. Brioni typically runs small, but this may be an over shirt, sized more like a jacket. Hope the information helps and interested.

jeffreysteph535 sorry I did not button it up but I did not have any more photo space last I simply forgot if you need me to I'll delete some and button it up now remember there are a couple of spots on their that does suede dry cleaner can get out unfortunately there is no such thing here in Durham There used to be years ago where you can get your first in your swades cleaned and forcing a No Such Thing any longer Durham used to be is actually as we're all the tobacco and cotton town's no longer I'm afraid

jeffreysteph535 I remember the night when I wore that shirt I had bought it especially for that it was a concert with Margaret Whiting Kaye Ballard and Patti Page and Patti Page brought out a jar of maple syrup because she was living on a maple syrup farm with her husband and when you opened it up as she did it played how much is that doggie in the window

scotmclean That is a fun story and history! Thanks for sharing. You should be able to lay down two standard 8.5x11" pieces of paper across the chest to get an approximate width. Once I have that information I can make a decision.
