@skpwyo The fustrating aspect of the process is Sellers who will not respond to offers. They eventually expire and your exercise is one of futility and lost time , effort . If you are going to be a Seller , be proactive , prompt , and advise your Buyer of your intentions - yes or no. Lets move it along - it is a business platform .
