@shanifee so you need to send them an email through customer service. Tell them what happened then they will issue you a return label. They need everything accounted for in order to do your return. Check the return policy that should give you a return email I believe.

@kimonstad I will have to claim that item was not as described in order to return to you with Posh approval. Are you comfortable with that? If not, we will need to make the exchange of returned product and refund separate from Posh.
