kimonstad @shanifee so you need to send them an email through customer service. Tell them what happened then they will issue you a return label. They need everything accounted for in order to do your return. Check the return policy that should give you a return email I believe.

shanifee @kimonstad I will have to claim that item was not as described in order to return to you with Posh approval. Are you comfortable with that? If not, we will need to make the exchange of returned product and refund separate from Posh.

kimonstad @shanifee I guess I’m not excited about this whole process. I hope that this doesn’t cause me not to sell these boots You could of contacted me on what to say. They are in perfect condition. Just frustrated. Seems like this could of been done where I don’t look bad.
