There is no way for me to post a pic of the damaged ring you unless I would’ve opened a claim w/Posh. I gave you 4 star rating & marked packaging was an issue. The rings were thrown into a waxed envelope & then into a padded envelope & sent w/no protection from each other. Posh encourages sellers to package items nicely, this was not. I have no idea what you are talking about “it’s been 5 days since I received my ‘new’ ring”. What “new” ring?!

@fheizelman the ring that was pictured in the three ring package. I purchased a new ring and shipped it to you using AMAZON PRIME. I did this because I felt it was the right thing to do to make things resolved. According to my Amazon history, the ring arrived to the same address.
