I am so sorry to have to cancel your order on my Victorinox watch. I was having a fresh battery installed before shipping, and I suspect the coil in the watch was damaged in the process, as the watch isn't running anymore. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

@the_escapement That is truly a bummer! This is one of my all time favorite watches, in fact I have an identical watch with a different color face but the lighting part of the watch got wet because I failed to tighten the screws on the back cover. I sure would like to purchase your watch for parts if at all possible. Please get back to me with a price for it now. Please and Thank you.

@seanaden that sounds absolutely fine to me! The light is a separate module in the watch and it works just fine! And truthfully, you could replace the movement with a new one to get it working if you'd like! How does $40 sound?
