motherhenalaska Okay, found them, had just run out of energy before and couldn’t keep up the search. I have posted the measurements but I warn you that measuring the inside footbed was difficult so the best I could do was an approximate. Trying to measure the outside is no better because the side is curved and the bottom has the heel. Measuring the part above the heel is also curved. It came out to about 11” (from stitching to where the back of the boot meets the sole). I hope this helps.🙂

motherhenalaska Actually, from stitching to where heel starts, turn bottom of heel to where I mentioned above. This is probably the best/most accurate.

motherhenalaska I understand your concern. Although the maker printed 10 D on the inside shaft, one never knows. I bout a pair of shoes marked my size but turned out to fit about 2 sizes smaller. Ouch!

seanreynolds360 @motherhenalaska ok, I sent PM a question as to if can hand write the labels. If I recall I purchased something a few months back and that's how it arrived with no issues. Just have to make sure you write the tracking number down and place it on the ship to address. I'll let you know when they respond. PM is typically pretty quick with replies.

seanreynolds360 @motherhenalaska As long as you just duplicate everything to a hand written mailing address I'm sure it'll be fine. Can you mail from a UPS store or something like that? They can simply scan the bar code off your phone. I'll still have to confirm delivery on my end so we should go either way.

seanreynolds360 @motherhenalaska Ok, this is what I know. As long as you transfer the information to the mailing label your good. You'll still receive a tracking number. Can you take it to a UPS Store or post office. They can also just scan the the bar code off your phone. I'd recommend a mail center as they are typically easier to deal with.
