heatherctay This is my third message to you. I contacted you the day the boots were delivered. I told you how the poor packaging had been torn open and I spent $48 to have them repaired. I rated you today and reported you to Customer Service. The boots you sold me are FAKE. I wore them for the first time October 1, 2021. The left boot’s sole came off after wearing them for 2 hours. I want my money back and the $48 for having them repairer ASAP
