helen_lau @selmylopez they are. They are juicy couture los Angela's California. I showed a picture of the tag. The purchased price was $34. I bought them from Khol's. Sorry for the confusion but I listed the original price and a picture of the tag.

arynsouth Hi! Thank you for your interest in my Tom Ford Sunglasses! I am preparing to ship them today or tomorrow. There are some scratches on the lenses that did not show up in the pictures. You cannot see the scratches while wearing them. These glasses were originally $400. So $50 is still a steal. Please let me know if you have any concerns. Thank you!!!

arynsouth @selmylopez there are just a few scratches/ normal wear on the lenses. I just wanted you to know that they are not in perfect condition. They do not obstruct your view at all.
