arrownhearts Are you able to work with me here? I’ve sold a lot of watches and have never sent a broken watch. I feel like your comments are meant so that I lose money. I’m upset and agree it’s Is unfortunate that it arrived broke but I’ve shipped out a lot of items and they’ve never arrived damaged. I believe Poshmark should hold USPS accountable.

sentina_b @arrownhearts hi, I am not basing this off of you I am basing it as a customer who is on the receiving end. I told you I do not want the money back I would prefer to just have the item exchanged for a new one. Again, should that be the outcome I wouldn’t even leave a bad comment and be perfectly fine. It’s unfortunate this is a one off case however I am left with a broken item.

arrownhearts @sentina_b I’m left with lost money too on a brand mew item. Poshmark should be held accountable. I’m upset it arrived broken. Especially when I sent it in brand new. They’ll give you your money back. I just want to be compensated for my loss too. I hope you can understand. I don’t make a lot here this is also a hit on me.
