jessicashouse @wowwhatadeal Because it takes 10 to 14 days for the money to be refunded to my account I now cannot place the order again until the money is refunded into my bank account. And because of that they will not be here by Christmas. I thought you understood how much the shipping was going to be which is why you wanted to ship them without the boxes so you didn’t have to cancel the order you could have just paid the extra shipping.

footwearoutlet @jessicashouse i did Pay. 11.97 for 8 lbs and they sent it back stating it’s 8 lb and 10 ounces. And the postal lady didn’t tell me that it went over 8 lbs. i got a reading of 7 pounds and 14 ounces from my scale. I canceled the order sorry for the confusion. Didn’t you get your refund or a no charge on your account?

jessicashouse @wowwhatadeal the refund is not immediate on your payment method with posh it can take 10 to 13 days. That is why I would never recommend canceling. The post office would have been able to upgrade the label and still ship it. A credit thru posh is immediate but I don’t need a credit as no one else had the products I purchased from you.
