Hi Sete; I am so sorry to hear that the jacket was not up to your standards. It has been stored in the basement since last season. To have it dry cleaned as stated costs close to $10.. I sold the jacket for $10 minus.. Posh fees. So for a $7 profit. I usually launder any items before shipping; but again hard to justify the costs of dry cleaning. I have contacted Poshmark to request a full refund.
