aprilaaronson Hi Serena, I am writing to profusely apologize for the delay in shipping your Patagonia fleece sweater. My 2 local post offices have been insisting on charging me outrageous shipping costs well above posh’s rates. I tried mailing on Saturday and again today; Posh finally sent me a letter to explain rates to usps. I plan on being successful in shipping tomorrow, but if you’re upset and want to cancel your order, I fully understand. Thanks, April

shoughton @aprilaaronson I’m fine with the delay, but you shouldn’t need to pay any shipping. You should have received an email when I purchased the jacket and there’s a prepaid label you print out and attach to any box, usually one of the priority ones available that you don’t need to pay for at the post office. When I purchased it I also paid for the shipping. Let me know if you have any questions though.
