reyy91 Hi there! I’m so sorry but for some reason I tried respond to the conversation thread and it says I’ve reached the maximum for the thread. I was trying to send you a message stating that I’m in contact with another representative via email and apparently they’ve sent another label that shows it was shipped! Soooo there is a possibility that your item hasn’t been lost!!!🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾 please be patient! I am definitely going back and forth to get this resolved for you!

theblkmonroe @reyy91 yes I can send messages and receive but there hasn't been any from them sense they asked you to send them a copy of the shipping receipt or email it to them or screenshot the receipt
