castielalways @customized4u Thanks so much. I really appreciate it. I'll share yours everytime I have a chance. I was trying to catch up. It's not easy. Also do you ever have issues with pricing? I find if I have it up at a reasonable price knowing someone will want to counter I get no offers, but as soon as I drop the price I get an offer but it's for less than the discounted price which at times becomes not much at all.
