serenaxiong @sylviazun let’s wait for a bit. At least one day. It happened before when I order on Amazon. The status shows it delivered but I got nothing. Then the next day, I got my package.

serenaxiong @sylviazun Hello, the Gucci bag is NOT authentic. The letter U in Gucci is apparently bigger than other letters. The strongest proof is The Serial Number. The serial number tag is considered by many to be the best way to distinguish real from fake. The Gucci serial number is typically located on a leather patch sewn at its top to the inside of the bag. It should be two lines of 6 numbers, 12 numbers in total, while the bag does not. I wonder why u didn’t include a picture of that.

serenaxiong @sylviazun I know you claimed that you didn’t know whether it is authentic, but it may mislead people that the bag probably is authentic, it’s just u don’t know. Anyway, I’m very disappointed and mad with this purchase. I know the transaction is completed, but I’ll try my best to make a complaint. Because a used, replica Gucci does NOT worth me paying almost $90.

serenaxiong @sylviazun I already reported the issue and got full refund. For future reference, it is Posh’s policy that one cannot sell any item that is counterfeit and/or authenticity cannot be guaranteed. I specifically ask Posh and this is what they said. I’m telling you this because you sound like a nice person and I believe you just didn’t know this( I didn’t either). I hope you all the best for the future. 😊

serenaxiong @sylviazun yes, and I removed it today when they got back to me and let me know the rule. Cuz if I leave it as my posh, it’ll give me bad reputation. No amount of money worth me to risk that.
