jill_alexandra Hello! I just received your 1 star rating. I was a bit confused as I mailed the item , then you manually accepted the order which released the payment. I emailed posh support regarding this and they will hopefully refund your money but next time I would suggest opening a case if you never get the item for a better chance of getting your money back… never had this situation happen before in the thousands of items I have sold
