houstonexchange @smcd1979 I am so sorry that this happen. I've owned Cole Hanns and worn them for a long time and that has never happened to a pair I've worn. The ones you bought were just sitting in my closet barely worn so this happening is very strange. Again I am so sorry this happened and if there is anything I can to make this right and the situation better please let me know!
