setmitch23 @bevj48 hi, thanks for reaching out. I recently made my first purchase and the item did not arrive as described. Do you know if there is a way to negotiate a partial refund? Or if I have to return it wood I have to pay for more shipping and be refunded the shipping cost I already paid?

bevj48 @setmitch23 Hello Seth. I have not had that question before. You have 3 days I believe to accept it before your account charged & seller gets paid. If not as described condition can be returned. If just something that doesn't fit, you bought it & can be resold by you. Contact customer service for ? about shipping. Hope this helps
