moogatu87 @shellybeaneight hi there, thanks so much for following up about the package. USPS tried to deliver this package when my building was closed (sent to my office) and they haven’t attempted to redeliver since. I already called USPS twice, and today had to open a case since they have no idea why it hasn’t been delivered yet and couldn’t give me any answers on when or if I will receive it at all. I’m hoping it will turn up this week. USPS has such disappointing service!

moogatu87 @shellybeaneight the case is still opened but it is still missing. USPS contacted me to say they’re on it but haven’t heard back in days. I’m going to try to follow up again

moogatu87 @shellybeaneight got a hold of someone who said they’d find out what happened and would call me right back. That was 6 hours ago! I think they lost the package and are refusing to admit it but making me go around in circles. Please let me know what poshmark says

moogatu87 @shellybeaneight hi again. Spoke with usps today and they said it’s definitely lost and are unable to find it. Most likely when they weren’t able to deliver it on March 30th, the carrier must have placed it on another truck so it got redirected somewhere else and they have no idea where. They said they would mark it as undeliverable. Hope poshmark has some insurance policy but I will be reaching out to them as well in regards to this
