I received your shoes returned to sender today! I am working with Poshmark to resolve the situation. It looks like there might have been an issue with the address. I am so sorry. The shoes were packaged correctly and shipped immediately.

When an order shows up as delivered, but has not, you instead click that option and poshmark handles. By accepting the item and providing a poor rating, you have stopped any action to remedy the situation. I reached out to poshmark to try to still fix the issue, track the package, and refund us both if it was lost as well as remove the rating. Ratings are for you to rate the seller and the item, not things like the post office. I will keep working w support to ensure you are taken care of.

@stylizedthrift I am sorry I thought that was the only way to indicate my concern, and the only way I could have put any comment was to put a rating. I have indicated that I have not received the package so it should not affect your rating and it’s a shipping issue.
