Hello there, You recently purchased a pair of Tom's heels from me. I am so sorry that the shipping has been delayed. I live in an area that was heavily affected by wildfires in California. Evacuations and post office delays are the cause of your shipping delay. Your item did go into the system at the post office here in Santa Cruz Saturday but may not be showing up as scanned yet due to the disaster and limited movements in our county.
