jenscloset1231 @doeeshay I don’t know who I would call because the office I dropped it off at probably no longer has it if it’s in transit to the next facility like it says. I find it strange that the last scan was on June 7th and by the description on Posh app says “Dead Mail / Sent to Mail Recovery Center”. I have no idea what that means. I’ll call if it doesn’t come within a day or two 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

jenscloset1231 @doeeshay okay I googled what the dead mail/recovery center thing is and it’s something to do with not having a valid address so the package can’t be shipped back to sender or sendee. Which is strange cz I printed the label from Posh. I will call them.

doeeshay @jenscloset1231 yeah the address is valid. I was told it meant some how the label was damaged. Which I find strange, you can ship it to a dead mail facility and track that but you can’t send it to the address. How did the address get messed up but the tracking number didn’t

jenscloset1231 @doeeshay yeah that means both our addresses have to have gotten messed up which is unlikely cz I always tape over the entire label so that thing is not coming off. I’m trying to google a number to call but I’m really not sure I don’t see anything as of yet.

jenscloset1231 @doeeshay I called the 1-800-ASK-USPS number and it’s just a pre-recording that doesn’t lead to anything helpful. But when I went to their website and clicked the link “find my missing mail” I typed in the tracking number again & again it said on the last scan that it’s on to it’s final destination - in transit. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I hope it comes otherwise I’m so sorry!! This is a first for me.

doeeshay @jenscloset1231 I wouldn’t do that to you, but need to submit a claim. I think it was stolen. If you wrapped it like you said you did, some thief saw poshmark on it and took it.

jenscloset1231 @doeeshay I did wrap it very well I always tape over the entire label regardless Cz I love in WA where it rains a lot most of the year I want zero chance of any water or anything to rub off the label. I did take a snap shot of the tracking number days ago anyway so I can plug it in to see the updates anyway.
