jenniferosborn2 @sargam100 sellers may be slower to respond due to holidays, however if you haven't heard a response back in a reasonable amount of time, the seller may not be actively checking their closet. I have seen this before trying to purchase an item and have done a search for item to see if anyone else had it who was more active on here. Hope this helps!

jenniferosborn2 @sargam100 hi I'm not sure you can cancel after you accepted offer or chose to buy. If the seller hasn't sent I think your only option is to try and work with them 😕

sargam100 @jenniferosborn2 she hasn't responded yet. sellers are not responsive on thai site. pretty frustrating. I'm going to exit the app once this translation is cleared

jenniferosborn2 @sargam100 all I can find is that if you purchased thru the offer you cannot cancel unless seller does it. If they haven't shipped it yet I would keep trying. I'm sorry you are having a bad experience. If you continue to use the app just keep in mind if you accept an offer you have agreed to purchase. If you buy outright at full price you have 3 hours to cancel as 'accidental purchase'

sargam100 @jenniferosborn2 i didn't know about the 3hr accidental purchase option I had only sent an offer to lower price. seller accepted and the money transaction was done. I did t.even confirm the order. but seller isn't responding now

jenniferosborn2 @sargam100 I'm sorry, when you make an offer it does say it's binding if seller accepts, so your only recourse is thru seller. Under FAQ it says orders placed thru offers cannot be cancelled. You could resell the item on your poshmark. I'm sure this doesn't help but not sure what else to tell you 😕

sargam100 @jenniferosborn2 the seller isn't responding. it's been few days. Poshmark should be able to contact the seller to resolve this. cancel or ship. I don't want my money stuck liek this. want this transaction completed. I have messaged seller to cancel. if seller won't then atleast ship it

jenniferosborn2 @sargam100 I'm sorry, I'm just unable to help with this. I would try to reach out to Poshmark customer service and try to get them involved. I've only been at this for about 6 months so not really sure what actions you can take.

sargam100 @aracelids hi i assume you are cyst svc. i.have an issue with an order. since I'm new to poshmark I sent an offer to the seller which it accepted.i didnt even confirm and the transaction went through now seller isn't responding. I have asked her to cancel it. need help in clearing this order now. either cancel or ship..

aracelids @sargam100 All offers are binding and once accepted the seller has 7 days to ship out transaction. However, it seems this is a recurring issue.
