hsbkimberly Hi Shade! I am so sorry to hear about the condition of the water bottle. The few I have been able to procure are all brand new and in box without any damage. I want you to be satisfied with your experience on Posh and as a client of mine. Had you notified me or Poshmark upon receipt we would have been able to address the issue and take care of you. Again, I wish there was something I could do to make this a 5 star purchase.
