skia138 @janiesparks58 Hi! I would think so, I tend to be between an 8 and 10 and it fits loose but I'm busty and it does zip up comfortably. If you're very busty the jacket might not zip all the way up but should fit fine. I can offer a return on your purchase if it doesn't fit you the way you like.
