firstlady66 The packaging isn’t up to par. 😐 sorry! I usually do a Lot better. It was Saturday and I was trying to get it shipped before my PO closed and on its way b4 the postal holiday on Monday. 🙈thanks so much and I’ll do better next time. 😉

firstlady66 If the shoes didn’t fit, I really hate that! As the pictures stated they’re a Med width, The shoes are just as described. They’re quality and in excellent condition. I feel the rating given was not justified and I didn’t deceive or misrepresent the item. I accurately provided all the information asked for. I strive for a 5⭐️closet.

dragfly72 @firstlady66 No disrespect intended. The shoes r beautiful & in excellent cond., just not a true "8M", though stamped on the bottom. That is the problem with diff. shoe design., etc. I believe they r between an "8N" & "8M". The mater. is rigid/no stretch, due to being other than leather. I really hesitated to give a rating; felt "caught" as to what to say, but Postmark sent me a request. I do wish these shoes fit; disappointed they don't. I can delete the rating; just don't know how(?)

dragfly72 @teacher007 I don't know when you get off or what the Staples is like where you live---but my Staples recently began taking USPS packages (in addition to UPS). They close at 8pm---packages go out the next morning...

teacher007 It’s packaged and ready to go in the morning. I recently lost my mom and had grief counseling after work, and I just arrived home 20 minutes ago...wasn’t able to send off this evening but it’ll be at the post office tomorrow morning. I really hope you enjoy the shoes. I love the shade of navy.

cstarvish88 Where are my boots?? I ordered them on the 19th and found out it has not even been shipped. I spent over $89. Postmark tried to contact dragfly72. NO RESPONSE

dragfly72 @cstarvish88 Hi. I sent you a message about the boots right away to let you know there was a mistake in the listing size. Did you see the message??? That they were not a size "11", but a size "9". I sent it as soon as I saw that I had made a sale. I also sent a message to Poshmark right away. *Poshmark only gives a few days to ship or the sale is cancelled and the customer gets refunded their money, so I did not ship the boots. I am very sorry for the confusion.
