jwraven90 Shahzin, I purchased your Apple Watch last week and I can’t set it up because your phone is still linked to it. Please reply to this comment so we can get this sorted out, I would hate to have to return it.

smakani_6 @jwraven90 ok I’m gonna try to figure it out when I get home! Which will be in a couple of hours, but can you not just reset the Apple Watch to re put everything of your account in?

jwraven90 @smakani_6 I tried that and I was able to erase all of the information it previously had on it but when it was restarting it asked me for your Apple ID password because it’s still linked to your account. Once you unlink it I should be able to go through with the setup process.

smakani_6 @jwraven90 ok it’s actually my moms so I’m gonna let her know and see if she can figure it out! Sorry about this I’ll get on it as soon as I get home.

smakani_6 @jwraven90 I have contacted Apple and they will try to fix it in the next 24 hours so I will let you know the update by tomorrow

smakani_6 @jwraven90 I reset the password and everything and it now shows that the watch has been successfully removed let me know if your able to set it up now!

jwraven90 @smakani_6 still isn’t working. You have to unlink it from your “Find my iPhone” app as well. That may be the last thing you have to do.

smakani_6 @eajshoppe I’m not sure how to cancel an order I haven’t had to do that yet. I’ll look into it later tonight and see if I can figure it out, as I am at work. Have you tried clicking on the order and seeing if you can change the payment method?
