lucinda1960 I'm VERY sorry you're disappointed in the vintage Clutch ...if you go back and look - key word being VINTAGE- it's about 40 something yrs old... did not see the hole... to lower my rating is really crappy if you ! I see you don't do much or have many followers... I see why! If you had contacted me I would have tried to accommodate!

missmairi @lucinda1960 I'm sorry for causing any hurt feelings. My review was meant only as constructive criticism. I know the bag is old, but I think you will agree there are varying levels of preservation in vintage items. There's everything from mint condition to very frail vintage. I can mend the bag's insert, but it would have been nice to know how much work it needed before purchasing. A 4/5 is still a good rating, and I believe I left a reasonable review. Again apologies for causing any upset.
