illgal86 Hello, I am the seller of the Ugg tall chestnut boots you purchased this week. I made a HUGE mistake and accidentally shipped the wrong pair of Uggs to you today. I quickly went back to the post office when i realized my error but the package had already left the building. I have emailed Poshmark telling them of my error but haven’t yet heard back. When the boots arrive, could you ship them back to me? In turn, I will ship the correct pair. Thanks in advance, Tanya

illgal86 I just saw on the FAQ section of Poshmark that I'm supposed to wait to hear from their support team before resolving this issue with you (the buyer)...I emailed them AGAIN to ask for assistance. In the meantime, just hang on the box when it arrives. Sorry for the confusion!

illgal86 I received the boots today - thank you! The email I received said that once I received the package, then Poshmark would cancel the original order and refund your $ back to you. At that time, you can rebuy them and I will ship the correct ones this time!!
