debnewcomer Hi, I am the seller of the Kate Spade backpack. I noticed the 1 star rating and I'm going to please ask that you change it or don't rate me. I shipped the backpack the day after the purchase. I'm terribly sorry you didn't receive it but I ask that you inquire about it via USPS as they show exactly where and when it was delivered and put in a parcel locker for you. I did 100% of my part and was saddened by the rating. please reconsider.

shellykalra2016 @debnewcomer my package was delivered to my neighbors house I got the package but only the wallet was inside the package wasn’t open so my neighbors did not take it

debnewcomer @shellykalra2016 that's very strange because the wallet was inside the backpack so it had to have been opened at some point. It said it was delivered to a parcel locker. Not an apartment.

shellykalra2016 @debnewcomer in my apartment they consider the mailbox a parcel i accident put wrong unit but she was my neighbor so I got my package from her but the package was sealed when I got it

debnewcomer @shellykalra2016 I am terribly sad to hear that. I promise you both items were in that box with shipping paper and those bubble bags to keep it from moving around. Tape on the entire package was blue. No clear tape was used. I have never cheated someone out of something and all my other ratings are great. I understand your frustration now but I assure you it wasn't me. Both items were in that box.
