poshkristy I just wanted to give you an update on your purchase from my closet. I delivered the parcel to the post office Saturday morning so I was unsure why it hasn’t been scanned in yet. I called my local post office and they advised they are short staffed due to covid and the parcel should be scanned in later tonight or by the latest tomorrow morning. cortezm99 @shalleybaby85 Hi Shallen! 😊 To answer your question about selling an item, it looks like you’ve done the hard part by creating a listing for your first item for sale. The next key part to successfully getting sales is “sharing” your item(s) as much as you can! Be sure you join some Posh Parties as well because this is an excellent way to share your items and boost your sales potential! So start listing more items and share share share! 😊💋

cortezm99 @shalleybaby85 To answer your other question about getting your money, once the buyer receives the item you have sold them, they will give you a rating from 1-5 stars. As soon as this is done, your money will be available for you to “redeem.” Go to the profile icon at the bottom right of the app, scroll down to “My Balance,” and click on it. Click on “Redeemable” and it will take you to a screen where you will choose between “Bank Direct Deposit” or “Check Request.”

cortezm99 @shalleybaby85 Once you choose, you will have to fill out all of the information needed for either one. I, personally have never used the check request option, but to receive direct deposit, it usually depends on your bank on when you’ll receive your funds. It can take up to 2-3 business days. Also, keep in mind, if the buyer DOES NOT instantly give you a rating, Poshmark will release your funds to you 3 days after the buyer has accepted/received your item!
