retrostudio Hi, you purchased the Alegria “Midnight Garden” shoes from me on February 16. I put them in the mail and they stated tracking on February 17, the day after your purchase. The USPS has been experiencing major shipping delays since 2020 due to the huge increase in online ordering due to COVID-19.

retrostudio Poshmark kept me up to date on the delay with this shipment. I realize it took nearly 10 days to get to you but, I have no control over the shipping time once the package leaves my possession. I saw you gave me a 4 star rating and commented I “could do better on shipping time.” I pride myself on my fast turnaround time which is less than a day and a half.

retrostudio I’m not sure if Poshmark sends the buyer updated shipping notices but I did receive three of them. One telling me the package began tracking on the 17, one saying the package was delayed and would take longer than expected to arrive and one saying the package was once again on its way. You can look at the tracking info and see when and where the delay happened. I wish you had looked into the tracking log before placing a permanent rating on my closet.
