mfa9099 @slmathews31 not crazy at all. Let me make sure I understand you reached out to a Posher about an item? If that is the case they should get back to you ASAP but there’s a possibility if they are an irresponsible Posher it could take days if at all. If you’ve reached out to Customer Support it usually takes 24 hours they are real good as far as I’ve contacted them. Hope that helps.... if you’ve purchased an item and need help from a Posher who is not getting back to you contact Support.

mfa9099 @slmathews31 ahhhh well hopefully they will want to sell and get back to you soon. Unfortunately I’ve reached out to other Poshers for the same reason an never gotten a reply. In that case they usually will lose a sale. It’s infrequent but has happened to me. In general this is an amazing community. 😄
