Hi, I was just wondering about the 4-star rating you gave me for the hat you received. I checked the tracking and I sent it on the 17th and you received it on the 22nd. It looks like you paid regular shipping so it usually takes about 5 days. You ordered the evening of the 15th, I worked all day on the 16th then mailed it Wednesday the 17th. Im so sorry if it took longer than you expected. Hope you have a great night!🙂

With the 1-3 day shipping I was expecting (and needed) the item to arrive by Friday but I can understand your timeline and how the item arrived later than I anticipated.
