Hi Shanse, I am not the kind of seller who plays with low ball offers. This is not a game- it used to be , Buyer Beware', now it is Seller Beware. From what I am seeing, you no way have proper negotiating or bargaining skills or etiquette. I can't play your game- this not a playground and we are not playing hide and seek, this is $. You need to shop elsewhere, this is not for you at all, or if you want to stay get some advice- not coming from me. Best of Luck.
