shanajaepena @klhaggerty oh my, I see that...I'm in contact with ups, I can see several transactions then it stopped in Bedford Ohio and is currently showing delay status according to UPS...I will continue to pursue this and follow up with you, ultimately if they've lost it I will make sure you are refunded. give me a little time and I am so sorry this is happening to you.
