Hi Shana,
I saw your rating stating the heel was higher than described. I will be happy to refund you if they are not what you expected...in exchange for you removing your rating. I have had a consistently high rating because I deliver good products and service and would like to keep that going. If you want to keep them, can you change the star rating to a higher rating so that it does not impact me negatively? Let me know. Thanks.

@shana240 You would need to submit a case to Poshmark, they will send it to me, I will accept, then you will have to send the shoes back to me at Poshmark's expense. Then you will get a refund.
