thewirehanger1 I see you can an issue with the Clarks we sold you, those shoes were cleaned just like every pair of shoes we sell. I take pride in every item I clean to make sure our customers are happy. Not sure how sand could of got on the shoes because after shoes are cleans and dried they go directly into a Polly bag and then placed into our inventory. We apologize with you’re issues but there was no “sand” on these shoes as they left our business. Hope you have a good day.
