moony1014 Hi there you purchased my boots I was getting them boxed up to ship and I noticed one of the boot hooks was really tight as I was lacing up the boots and I pulled it too tight, as the boot laces are really thick and I pulled the lace hook out 🙁 I just wanted to know do you still want the boots or would you rather I cancel your order? Please let me know. Thank you!

moony1014 I talked to a shoe guy he said he replaces those all the time for $5 but he didn’t know if he could use the same one I found them on Etsy the same size but I can’t get them for two weeks I’m so sorry please let me know what you want me to do
