stefsears Here’s a heads up The reason the boots don’t fit is because the shelling is missing on the heal. I have to wear a sock with them in order to avoid getting a blister. This wasn’t in the discription . I think we can both agree that 45 dollars is not a fair price for this amount of damage. Thanks for understanding. Sorry I wasn’t more clear.

shaneaschaub @stefsears I understand, I just wish you would have said that from the beginning instead of opening a claim against me that they were not authentic. You are right, I should have mentioned that in the description. It was however mentioned in my comment thread. I have never had to refund someone so I need to see how that’s done, I’ll look into it and get back to you.

shaneaschaub @stefsears why don’t you wait. I’ve sold before but never had a problem so I’m new at this side of things as well. I sounds like they have things in place to protect both the buyers and sellers and therefore they are in control of all transactions.
