parniani Hi, your package was returned to me today. I have opened a problem ticket with Poshmark. I am not sure if you have to verify your address with Poshmark. I will not be able to verify your address or email, because Poshmark will block it. I will keep your package. I have shared a photo of returned label with Poshmark.

parniani @xxbewitchedxx hi, Poshmark processed payment as if you received the package, even though I opened the problem with delivery ticket. I still have the package and will forward to you. You have to contact Poshmark and get them to send me a new shipping label. Explain to them that I opened problem ticket. I redeemed the payment by mistake but don’t worry I will make sure you get your order. Thank you

parniani @xxbewitchedxx hi, any luck? I would have sent you the package but without email address or address, I can’t do anything on my side. Poshmark takes 48 hours to respond and longer on weekends. The last communication I had, indicated that if you contact them they can cancel the order and I can re list it for you to purchase. I continue saving it for you. No worries.😊

xxbewitchedxx @parniani they told me to confirm my address yesterday morning. so I immediately sent them my address. hopefully they hurry up lol. I told them they needed to send you a label to resend it. I've sent them several messages. it's pretty early for me here where I live. so hopefully it will be resolved later today.

parniani @xxbewitchedxx Don’t get discouraged. I know you already paid for shipping but if I send it to you I have to pay for shipping. It’s best to go through Poshmark since they have processed your payment. Just a general info. make sure to contact Poshmark if your order isn’t shipped within 5 days and definitely respond within 3 days after you receive it. According to Poshmark policy those timelines protect you as a buyer and seller. Have a great weekend inside away from people! 😷
