lo10mt @lo10mt hi I received your Free People necklace back today. I see you've open a case against me on Poshmark. I had hoped we could resolve this independently. I will wait until you have returned the underwear and see what happens. If Poshmark refunds you you will need to repurchase the necklace. If not I will send it right out. I have contacted them, but sometimes they don't wait for feedback before issuing a refund 😩

shanelm1234 @lo10mt I opened the case the day I received the wrong item as a precaution on my end due to the fact I paid $26 with shipping for this necklace and wasn't sure how to go about the issue due to my first time being new at poshmark. I would still very much love the necklace and repurchase it. I will be returning the underwear and if we resolved this independently I would have paid for shipping them back to you. Hope we can solve this matter, and I totally get that mistakes happen.
