@chandra_graham I’m not sure how vintage has anything to do with the size of a hat. If the hat size runs small it would have been helpful to know that before purchasing. It is too much of an inconvenience to package it up and go to the post office. Please take this as a learning experience to be transparent in your post in the future. Enjoy your day.
