boragegirl Shania - I am sorry this happened. I can assure you those were bought by me new and never “repaired “ in any manner. Yet they had been in my closet for a few years so the adhesive must have dried. I understand how you feel as I would also. We are outside of Poshmark channels to provide you a refund so I will send you a refund to the address the shoes were sent. That is what I would wish someone to offer in the same situation- Kris
