I am contacting Poshmark right now to find out the next steps to take so we can get you refunded. I am so sorry for my miscommunication and mistake. I thought the inside label that says “genuine leather” was accurate.

Shanita, Poshmark told me that you will want to contact them directly through the app or website, so they can issue a new label for the return, and once it’s returned, then they can refund your money. I apologize again for the issue with this item and hope this helps.
