ptessen Hi Shanna. Thanks for the offer on the gray and white TEK Gear top. Today is Closet Clear Out so Poshmark will reduce the shipping cost for the buyer if the seller reduces the price of an item. So if I reduce the price to $10 you will get reduced shipping which I think will be cheaper for you than your $8 offer and paying the regular shipping.
